This policy describes the local WASL preview updated on 9 October 2026. It must be reviewed when production email or other data services are enabled.
Information collected by the form
The form asks for your name, email address, telephone number, requested service and project summary. This information is used to understand and respond to your enquiry. Please avoid sharing sensitive or unnecessary information.
Where do messages go?
This preview uses WordPress and WPForms Lite. The configured recipient is waslads.9@gmail.com, but local email is captured by Mailpit on this computer and is not delivered externally. WPForms Lite does not maintain a complete enquiry log in WordPress. Test messages may remain in Mailpit until the administrator removes them.
External services and cookies
WhatsApp and email links open external services or your email application, which have their own privacy policies. No analytics, advertising pixels, embedded maps or CAPTCHA services were added in this build. WordPress uses cookies for sign-in and administration; the form uses verification tokens for request protection.
Access and retention
Access to this local website and test inbox is limited to authorised users of this computer. An approved retention period has not yet been set and must be agreed before production use. Do not publish personal test data.
